Yes! If you’re on a  plan with a month-to-month commitment, you can make changes at any time.

You can upgrade or cancel at any time within your annual contract term. This includes increasing contacts or upgrading infrastructure with the next plan tier.

For customers on a plan with an annual commitment, you cannot downgrade within the contract term period.

Monthly commitments can be canceled at any time and will be effective from your next billing/renewal date.
Annual commitments require a 30 day cancellation notice either in-app or by contacting your Customer Success Manager.

Our billing management system is designed to be self-serve (partnering with Chargebee to ensure global banking standards and securty compliance) so you can take control of the entire experience. You can select a new plan, make changes to an existing plan, change payment method, from within the system.

The billing contact on a contract can be changed as a new contract is generated. You can select any billing contact who is currently set up with those permissions in your account settings.

Yes, qualifying startups are eligible for €1.000 (EU) in free credits for use on a managed Growth or Business plan over a 2 year period.
