Integration: How to integrate Pipedrive with DesignDiverso Automata
Obtain Pipedrive API Key:

- Log in to your Pipedrive account and go to “Settings” by clicking on your profile picture.
- Click on “Personal Preferences” and go to the “API” tab.
- Generate or copy your API key for integration with DesignDiverso Automata.
Configure Pipedrive Integration in DesignDiverso Automata:

- In the list of plugins, find “Pipedrive” and click on it to access the configuration settings.
- Enter your Pipedrive API key in the designated field.
- Click on “Save & Close” to save the configuration.
Map Pipedrive Fields:

- In the Pipedrive plugin configuration, you will see a section for field mapping.
- Map the relevant fields between DesignDiverso Automata and Pipedrive by selecting the corresponding fields from each system.
- This step ensures that data is synchronized correctly between DesignDiverso Automata and Pipedrive.
- Save the field mappings.
Test and Enable Integration:

- To test the integration, create or update a contact in DesignDiverso Automata and check if the data is synced to Pipedrive.
- Verify that the contact’s information and any assigned tags or segments appear correctly in Pipedrive.
- Once you are satisfied with the integration, enable it to start the ongoing synchronization of data between DesignDiverso Automata and Pipedrive.

- Review your field mappings carefully to ensure that the right data is being transferred between DesignDiverso Automata and Pipedrive.
- Regularly monitor the synchronization between the two systems to detect any potential issues or inconsistencies.
- Leverage the integrated data to create targeted marketing campaigns in DesignDiverso Automata based on customer interactions and sales data in Pipedrive.
