Integration: DesignDiverso Automata with Elementor Form Tutorial:

 

Install and Activate Elementor Plugin:

    • In your WordPress admin dashboard, go to “Plugins” and click on “Add New”.
    • Search for “Elementor” in the plugin repository.
    • Click on “Install Now” next to the “Elementor” plugin.
    • Once installed, click on “Activate” to activate the plugin.

Create a Form with Elementor:

    • Create a new page or edit an existing one using Elementor.
    • Drag and drop the “Form” widget onto the page canvas.
    • Customize the form fields, design, and layout according to your requirements.
    • Save the changes.

Configure DesignDiverso Automata Integration in Elementor:

    • In the Elementor form settings, go to the “Actions After Submit” section.
    • Click on “Add Action” and select “Mautic” from the dropdown menu.
    • Enter your Mautic site URL and configure the desired settings for the integration.
    • Save the changes.

Map Form Fields:

    • In the DesignDiverso Automata integration settings within Elementor, you will find a section to map the form fields to DesignDiverso Automata fields.
    • Map each form field to the corresponding DesignDiverso Automata field by selecting them from the dropdown menus.
    • This ensures that the data collected through the form is sent to the correct fields in DesignDiverso Automata.
    • Save the field mappings.

Test the Integration:

    • Preview or publish the page with the Elementor form.
    • Fill out the form and submit it to test the integration.
    • Check your Mautic instance to verify that the submitted form data appears correctly in the associated contact’s profile.

  • Customize your Elementor form design to align with your branding and improve user experience.
  • Enable form validation to ensure data accuracy and completeness before it is sent to DesignDiverso Automata.
  • Consider adding additional actions or notifications in Elementor after form submission to streamline your lead management process.
