Integrate Calendly with DesignDiverso Automata

Obtain the Calendly API Key:

    • Log in to your Calendly account.
    • Go to the “Integrations” page in the Calendly settings.
    • Find the “API Keys” section and generate a new API key if you haven’t already.

Configure DesignDiverso Automata Integration:

    • Log in to your DesignDiverso Automata instance and navigate to the “Configuration” section by clicking on the gear icon in the top-right corner.
    • In the Configuration menu, click on “Plugins”.
    • Look for “Calendly” in the list of plugins and click on it to access the configuration settings.
    • Enter your Calendly API key in the designated field.
    • Click on “Save & Close” to save the configuration.

Create a Calendly Event:

    • In your Calendly account, create a new event or select an existing event that you want to integrate with DesignDiverso Automata.
    • Configure the event details, availability, and any other settings according to your needs.
    • Make sure to include the necessary fields for collecting relevant contact information.

Add the DesignDiverso Automata Integration in Calendly:

    • In the Calendly event settings, navigate to the “Integrations” section.
    • Click on “Add new integration” and select “Mautic” from the list of available options.
    • Enter your DesignDiverso Automata site URL and configure any other desired settings, such as field mapping.
    • Save the integration settings.

Test the Integration:

    • Share the Calendly event link or embed it on your website.
    • When someone schedules a meeting using the Calendly event, their information will be automatically synced to DesignDiverso Automata.
    • Check your DesignDiverso Automata instance to ensure that the contact details are captured correctly.

  • Customize your Calendly event to include relevant questions or fields that align with your lead nurturing and segmentation goals.
  • Leverage DesignDiverso Automata’s capabilities to automate follow-up actions or campaigns based on the scheduled meetings captured through Calendly.
  • Regularly monitor the integration and perform tests to ensure the proper synchronization of data between Calendly and DesignDiverso Automata.
