Connect Mautic with Facebook Leads Tutorial

 

Obtain the Facebook App ID and App Secret:

    • Go to the Facebook Developers website (https://developers.facebook.com/) and log in with your Facebook account.
    • Create a new app or select an existing app that you want to use for integrating with Mautic.
    • Obtain the App ID and App Secret from the app’s settings.

Configure Facebook Integration in DesignDiverso Automata:

    • Log in to your DesignDiverso Automata instance and navigate to the “Configuration” section by clicking on the gear icon in the top-right corner.
    • In the Configuration menu, click on “Plugins”.
    • Look for “Facebook” in the list of plugins and click on it to access the configuration settings.
    • Enter the Facebook App ID and App Secret in the designated fields.
    • Save the configuration.

Set Up Facebook Lead Ads:

    • In your Facebook Ads Manager, create a new lead ad or select an existing one.
    • Customize the lead form and select the fields you want to capture from the users.
    • Choose the Facebook Page where you want to receive the leads.

Connect Facebook Leads with DesignDiverso Automata:

    • In the Facebook lead ad settings, navigate to the “CRM Integrations” section.
    • Select “Mautic” from the list of available options.
    • Enter your DesignDiverso Automata site URL and configure any other desired settings, such as field mapping.
    • Save the integration settings.

Test the Integration:

    • Create a test lead by filling out the lead form associated with your Facebook lead ad.
    • Check your DesignDiverso Automata instance to ensure that the lead information is captured correctly.

  • Consider setting up automation workflows in Mautic to trigger follow-up actions or campaigns for the leads captured through Facebook.
